The Tale of Sir Conn and Lord Sloth

Weary from their quest, the noble adventurers were invited in by good Sir Trelogin of the House of Dark Yard, where Duke Conn and his companions were given cool drink and a place to rest. Gentle Trelogin and others of Dark Yard offered to help ease the burdens of the Knight and Squire, to set down a shield, loosen a gorget, slip off their leggings, and relax. Unknown to Duke Conn, Trelogin was really Lord Sloth, and any armor that was removed by his helpers would be spirited away, not to be returned until the quest was complete. Unfortunately, my vow of selective silence did not allow me to warn the good Knight. Fortunately, His Grace felt that the quest was more important than extended rest, and after the briefest of refreshments, thanked Sir Trelogin and left, with only a slight longing in the group's eyes.
